Brief Introduction

  MÜST, founded in 1999 in Taiwan, is a non-profit organization under the regulation of Copyright Collective Management Organization Act. MÜST has a total of 2611 members (songwriters and music publishers) by the end of March 2025. MÜST is the most representative and major music copyright society in Taiwan.

  MÜST’s major function is to collectively manage the public broadcasting, public performance and public transmission rights of its members.

  As the sole active member of CISAC (Confédération Internationale des Sociétés d'Auteurs et Compositeurs) for music copyright in Taiwan, MÜST, by entering into the bilateral agreement with CISAC's members, can therefore administer over 82,000,000 musical works around the world.
